Az 5Dudás Borászat szeretettel várunk egy különleges programra, ahol a szőlőtermesztés és borászat minden szépségét és izgalmát átélheted.
Program:
Érkezés: 9:15 – 9:45 között a borászathoz
5Dudás Borászat történetének megismerése és borainak felfedezése 5 tételes borkóstolón keresztül. A kostoló a napi programba van beleszőve, így különböző helyszíneken és elfoglaltságok előtt/ közben van lehetőség kóstolni és jobban megismerni a borászat szellemiségét.
9:50 : közösen elsétálunk az erdei Kisvasúthoz, ahonnan a festői szépségű szőlőterületre vezet az utunk. Az utazás során megcsodálhatjuk a Mátra hegyvonulatait és a szőlőskertek látványát, miközben felkészülünk a nap kalandjaira.
Paraszt Brunch: A szőlőterületre érkezve egy bőséges paraszt reggeli vár ránk, amely segít feltölteni az energiakészleteinket a szüreteléshez
Pálinka, egy korty a nap indításához , zsíros kenyér , frissen sült pogácsa , friss kenyér, kolbász , padlizsánkrém, zöldségek.
Kézi Szüret: A brunch után mindenki bekapcsolódhat a kézi szüretelésbe. Megtapasztalhatjuk, milyen érzés saját kezűleg szőlőt szedni, miközben a tapasztalt szüretelők megosztják velünk tudásukat és trükkjeiket.
11:45: A szüret végén megrakott ládáinkkal térünk vissza a kiindulási ponthoz. Az utazás során lehetőségünk lesz megpihenni és élvezni a táj szépségét.
12:15 : Borászati és pincetúra, betekintést nyerünk a borok készítésének folyamatába és a pince titkaiba.
13:30 Szőlőfeldolgozás és Lábpréselés: elkezdjük a frissen szüretelt szőlő feldolgozását. Kipróbálhatjuk a hagyományos lábbal préselést, amely egyedülálló élményt nyújt. Ezzel a módszerrel nemcsak a szőlőt, hanem a közösséget is közelebb hozza egymáshoz.
Élő Zene és Tánc: A szőlőfeldolgozás közben élő magyaros nóták és hangszeres kíséret biztosítja a jó hangulatot egészen kora estig. A mulatság során mindenki táncra perdülhet, élvezve a zene és a bor mámorító kombinációját.
14:00-tól : Az üstben főzött ízletes marhagulyás elfogyasztása.

The 5Dudás Winery warmly invites you to a special program where you can experience all the beauty and thrill of viticulture and winemaking.
Program:
Arrival: between 9:15 – 9:45 at the winery.
Discover the story of 5Dudás Winery and explore its wines through a tasting of 5 selections. The tasting is woven into the day’s program, so you’ll have the opportunity to sample wines at different locations and between activities, getting a deeper feel for the winery’s spirit.
9:50 – We will walk together to the forest railway, which will take us to the picturesque vineyards. During the ride, we can admire the Mátra mountain range and the vineyard scenery while preparing for the day’s adventures.
Farmer’s Brunch: Upon arriving at the vineyard, a generous traditional breakfast awaits us to fuel up for the harvest.
Pálinka – a sip to start the day, lard bread, freshly baked scones, fresh bread, sausage, eggplant spread, and vegetables.
Hand Harvesting: After brunch, everyone can join in the grape picking by hand. Experience what it’s like to harvest grapes yourself, while our experienced pickers share their knowledge and tips.
11:45 – At the end of the harvest, we return to our starting point with crates full of grapes. On the way back, we can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
12:15 – Winery and cellar tour: gain insight into the winemaking process and discover the secrets of our cellar.
13:30 – Grape Processing and Foot Pressing: We start processing the freshly harvested grapes. You can try the traditional foot-pressing method, which offers a unique and fun experience, bringing people closer together as well as the grapes.
Live Music and Dance: While processing the grapes, live traditional Hungarian folk tunes and instrumental music will keep the spirits high until the early evening. During the festivities, everyone is welcome to dance and enjoy the intoxicating combination of music and wine.
From 14:00 – Enjoy a delicious beef goulash.
